Yes, The business had been running a number of years, we both came in with a business background but not knowing much about framing. It soon became apparent that we need a better pricing system and a more effecient way to run the business.
We really didn't have a way of costing in all those extra things you do in framing. FramR came with many of them setup and it was easy to create any extra we needed. The time plus materials based system really helps us to charge correctly and with confidence.
Actually much more positively... They're much happier, having the price generated from the computer. We had to lift our prices quite a lot to be profitable and we've actually had no adverse effect from this. In fact quite the opposite.
We're more professional, that's really what it comes down to. We have a strong reputation for our framing and service, and FramR is central to that. The ability to respond to customer's request quickly and effeciently means happy customers.
