FramR FREE has automatic updates of supplier catalogues.
When an update is available they will become visible in the bar on the left side of your screen. Click the update Catalogs button to receive the latest update.
You can also add your own catalogue items by clicking on New item.
New items can only be added to your own supplier. You will need to first create a new supplier before adding your own items. To do this click on Supplier
and then Click Add New.
The form will populate and you can select as many of the stock types required for this supplier.
Stock can also be managed for Moulding and Items. When a Order is saved stock will be taken from stock level.
If the stocked item is added to framing a job, stock amount will be deducted from available and add to the reserved amount. When a job is marked as completed, the reserved stock will be adjusted.
As new stock comes in the Stock Level can be adjusted on this form. For example; if the current stock level is 4 metres and 6 comes in, adjust the new level to 10 metres.
Catalogue items that you create yourself can also be deleted if required.
It's not possible to delete automatic supplier catalogue items individually but you can deselect the full range of product type for a supplier.
There are also a number of search functions to locate catalogue items if required. Search functions filter the list to make it easier to find the item you are after.
The stock page is also where you can add to, or edit your own custom Extra charges. Extras is a powerful, flexible tool for charging out the most basic or complex tasks.
A history of jobs that have used a material type can be accessed by clicking on Show History
In history you can edit an existing job, Access the customer of the job or even clone a new job based on the existing.
