Manage Subscriptions

Note: Currency and terminology may differ depending on your region.


Change your subscription level


You're most likely here because your current subscription balance is low.

You can see your current subscription level by going to My Subscription within FramR FREE


Your current balance and past transactions can be viewed by clicking on View Balance.


If the balance is low, it's a simple case of moving to a different subscription level. You may need to do this permanently or perhaps it's just for the month. You're free to change your subscription as and when you need to.

Your current balance is carried forward with the new subscription.


It’s simple and fast to move from one subscription level to another.

First, you should cancel your current subscription.

Go to the "My Subscription" page in FramR FREE. At the bottom of the page you will see the link for Account Services. Click on the link to go to the Microsoft Accounts page.


Login with your Microsoft account that holds the current subscription, and under “Services and subscriptions” you should see your subscription. It will say “Sync[value]”.

Click on “Manage” and then cancel the subscription.


If you do not see the subscription, it may be that the subscription is with a different Microsoft account.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, go back to FramR FREE and from the “My Subscription” page select your new subscription level and click Subscribe.

Finalise the payment and you're all done.


Renew an expired subscription


If you have a subscription with a credit balance but you have lost access to subscription benefits in FramR FREE, your subscription may have expired.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel. For some reason your subscription was not able to renew, this may be because your credit card has expired, or has insufficient funds. You should address those issues with your bank before proceeding further.

Go to the "My Subscription" page in FramR FREE. At the bottom of the page you will see the link for Account Services. Click on the link to go to the Microsoft Accounts page.


Login with your Microsoft account that holds the current subscription, and under “Services and subscriptions” you should see your subscription. It will say “Sync[value]”.

If the subscription still appears to be valid, click on “Manage” to see your payment information. If the payment method has expired, don't renew it, just cancel the subscription.


If you subscription has been cancelled you will see it as a cancelled subscription.


Go back to FramR FREE and from the “My Subscription” page select your subscription level and click Subscribe. This can be the same level as before.

Finalise the payment and you're all done.
